 Guest Account Transmitting
Article If you and your users cannot speak in any of your channels, the likely cause is that Guest Account Transmitting is disabled.

To fix this:
1. Login to Server Admin (Right Click -> Server Admin -> Login -> [enter your rcon password]
2. Open Edit Channel Window (Right Click on Channel -> Channel Admin -> Edit)
3. Location 'Disable Guest Account Transmitting' and uncheck it.
